Jobsite independence for your employees: create independence in the field
The biggest challenge for any contractor or building/remodeling business owner is how to groom a lead carpenter so the owner can get out of the field! It’s tough to “let go,” but you need to for the company to successfully grow. By implementing a few key systems in your business, you can allow the torch to be passed on to responsible employees. In this session, you will learn those key systems and strategies, and how to implement them in your business. Your instructor, Brian Altmann, has almost 30 years experience and owns his own remodeling and building company.
